Amigos Schedules Merger Information Activities

Amigos will conduct a series of in-person and online information sessions over the next two months to provide Amigos Members up-to-date information and obtain member feedback on the proposed merger with the Missouri Library Network Corporation (MLNC).

Funding Available for Innovation, Development, Research—Deadlines Approaching

Funding is available to Amigos member libraries to support innovation, development, and research. Through a competitive selection process, the Fellowship and Opportunity Award provides up to $7,500 annually to member libraries and their staffs.

Nominating Committee Seeks Amigos Board Candidates

The Amigos Nominating Committee is currently seeking candidates to serve on the Amigos Board of Directors. The May 9, 2012 election will be conducted during the annual Amigos Member Business Meeting, preceded by the opportunity for Voting Representatives to send proxy ballots electronically.
